There are several ways to come to us:
- by car (a car is recommended for your local travel;
- by plane (Bergerac airport 45km, Brive airport 70km). Consider renting a car for your local travel;
- by train (Buisson-de-Cadouin station 6km, Siorac-de-Périgord station 5km)
Once there:
Car park:
To maintain maximum calm in the park, we ask you to return your car Only at the time of arrival and departure, to (un)load your suitcases.
A few meters from the main entrance to the estate, you will find private parking, reserved for other days. Thank you for your understanding.
Waste and Selective Sorting:
In our village and department, selective sorting is obligatory (and the remaining waste is chargeable).
We do our best to limit waste and thank you in advance for doing the same during your stay.
In your rental, you will findwhat you need and more explanations to make it easier for you to sort.
Swimming pool and Jacuzzi:
- The shared swimming pool (not artificially heated) is open from May to September, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- The jacuzzi is open from May to September, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
And Only accessible by reservation with additional costs (20€/h, max 2 people). (Unless otherwise mentioned on your vacation rental reservation).
- For hygiene reasons, we ask you to use bath towels to cover the cushions of the deck chairs around the swimming pool. If you don't have room in your suitcase, we offer bath towels in our online store (when you book your holiday accommodation) or on site.
Linens:
- Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are included (once per person) in the price of your accommodation.
In The Cottage and The Studio Apartment you will find a washing machine. If you would like to rent more sets of linen, we offer them in our online store (when you book your holiday accommodation) or on site.
- For hygiene reasons, we ask you to use bath towels to cover the cushions of the deck chairs around the swimming pool. If you don't have room in your suitcase, we also offer bath towels in our online store (when you book your holiday accommodation) or on site.
Pets:
Only in Cottage Le Gouzot you can be accompanied by your Pet. *** EXCEPT dogs in categories 1 and 2 *** We refuse access to dogs in categories 1 and 2 ***
- If you wish to bring several animals, this will only be permitted on request and at an additional cost.
- All animals must be kept on a leash on the property and around the pond and are not allowed around the swimming pool area.
- Most likely no need to ask: Thank you in advance for providing a pocket to be able to pick up your dog's "needs".
Payment terms
The Rental Rate must be paid according to the cancellation fee plan.
We reserve the right to collect amounts within 24 hours of notification or email sent to the Guest.
For example: Cancellation fee plan: 50% upon booking, 75% 30 days before arrival, 100% 15 days before arrival
Deposits and installment payments: 50% upon reservation, 75% 30 days before arrival, 100% 15 days before arrival
In the event of a "No Show", the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
